Shehu Sani Wrote: 1-They will first deny that they are interested in staying long in power. 2-They will then say "power belongs to God" 3-They will then say "if God wants them to run they will run" 4-They will then sponsor youths, women and political groups to "urge or beg them to run" 5-They will channel millions of tax payers money for such campaigns. 6-They will then blackmail the country to believe that it's either them or anarchy in the land. 7-They will eventually said "God has spoken to them and they will answer the call of their people." 8-They will quote that "voice of the people is voice of a God" 9-They will spend public funds to buy those whose consciences are for sale. 10-They will hunt those who refused to compromise. 11-They will unleash the anti corruption bodies against their perceived enemies, 12-They will chase critics of the Government and mount surveillance on them 13-They will purge their party of internal dissidents. 14-They will tinker with the constitution. 15-They will pocket the lawmakers. 16-They will seal off opposition offices 17-They will deny opposition aircrafts landing permits 13-They will make "fool" use of the police and other state apparatus. 14-They will threaten striking workers with sack 15-They will crush peaceful protests with force. 16-They will manipulate national security to justify rights abuses. 17-They will work towards impeaching dissenting elected public officers. 18-They will empty the treasury in pursuit of self succession. 19-They will go against the genuine will of the people. 20-They will fall.
